Our Cleansing Activity Monitoring solution provides standardised measuring and reporting criteria across the Local Authority. Facilitates collaboration and the generation of high-quality local information and the optimisation of inspector’s time, thereby helping to achieve value for money and improve efficiency.

The solution enables managers to monitor the cleanliness of contracts on a real time basis with reports and maps allowing management access to accurate, up-to-the-minute and fully customised reports. 

Inspectors are able to capture GPS coordinates against inspection points which are then coloured coded depending on grade on a map view, these markers store summary information of the inspection site, including grade, inspection time and date, photo, comments etc.

The solution helps increase transparency in local service provision; data can also be forwarded instantly to inform third party systems, such as, a contractor needing to create a rectification notice where system generated alerts highlighted a locations street cleansing as either not completed to the desired standard or requiring additional cleansing.
