Wherever possible, the software emulates the analysis and charts provided by DEFRA. All data collected through the application is retained on the server for reporting and future reference. Reporting in the NI 195 module allows users to view a range of useful information. Current reports included in the software are:
Report 1: Inspection Status
This table provides a breakdown of how the current tranche survey is progressing. The table displays comprehensive information about each transect in the current sample such as date & time inspected and grade.
Report 2: Sample Statistics
This table provides a breakdown of how a tranche sample has been created and highlights where transects have been used from non target wards. For each transect/ward combination, two figures are displayed in the format X/Y where X represents the number of transects included in the sample and Y represents the total number of transects in the database for this land use/ward combination. Any land use class which is not represented by any transects in the target wards is highlighted in red.
Report 3: All Transect Statistics
This table provides a view of all of the transects which have been defined in the database. For each transect/ward combination the figure displayed is the number of transects included in the database.
Report 4: Bar Charts of Transects Inspected
This report uses histograms to display the frequency of each grade for the current tranche for each of the four categories
Report 5: Line Charts of Transects Inspected
This report uses graphs to display the percentage of each grade for the current tranche for each of the four categories
Report 6: NI 195 Results
This report provides a detailed view of the percentage of failure grades by land-use class. The first line of the report shows the overall results (All Land-uses). A column which combines the results for litter and detritus is also displayed.
Report 7: Create DEFRA Load File
This report is generated in Comma Separated Value (.CSV) format and in fully compatible with the import results option of the NI195.com website.
The above reports are all date filterable allowing for easy comparison of data. In addition, some of the reports can be broken down further into service and shift. Reports can be printed, saved as PDF or exported in .CSV format.
